Rules and Reminders
Upon placing of your orders,
It's assumed that you've read and agreed to the below stated:
PRE-ORDER RULES:
In order to participate in our pre-order,
you must follow our policy guidelines and understand the following:
Our PREORDER is being offered from 31st January 2008, until 6th February 2008
(we may extend/end this offer if we wish to do so.)
The estimated time of arrival to us is about 2 to 4 weeks later.
Your orders will be processed and mailed through us;
after we receive the polos from overseas.
This is available for serious buyers only.
Pls read ALL of the following before placing order.
1. Full payment has to be made.
No payment = No order!
What you order, is what you'll receive.
No changes can be made.
2. Upon purchasing through our PRE-ORDER,
you are agreeing to the required period of waiting and charges.
The estimated time of wait is approximately 1 month
from the opening of this PRE-ORDER sale offer.
3. We are NOT in control of International holidays,
overseas shipping delays, CUSTOMS nor are we able to speed up
processing times from overseas. We also have to wait, just as you do. Here also, we have no control over the PO system, special holidays or CUSTOMS and we cannot speed things up faster than they ship. Any taxes (where applicable), extra charges or CUSTOMS dues (in your territory) are of your sole responsibility, not us.
4. All sales are final. Upon making your PRE-ORDER,
you are agreeing to all of the mentioned and stated.
You are also stating that you understand all of the requirements and exclusions.
5. Thy'dowager will be obligated to pay for all orders made to the supplier,
thus, there will be NO Cancellations permitted.
If out of stock, spree-ers would have to make do with an alternative.
You will NOT receive a refund.
There will be no refunds if the sizes do not fit. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
Should there be no replies from spree-ers on alternatives,
Thy'dowager serve all rights to make the decision.
6. Authenticity is being proven by supplier. Do read the Issue of Authenticity.
7. Shipping Charges: Extra charges might be incurred
and it shall be payable by all spree-ers after item arrives on my side,
since it's a direct import from overseas.
There's no assurance with the raise of shipping charges
and it must be paid by spree-er,
otherwise items shall not be mailed out.
8. By making an order, you are providing the equivalence
to an electronic signature to all that is stated above and below.
